Ambassador Ono joined the Japanese and Indian members of the Embassy to celebrate Holi.

The Embassy of Japan in India celebrated the vibrant festival of Holi with great enthusiasm, embracing the colors, joy, and camaraderie in the spirit of this joyous festival. The event saw the participation of both Japanese and Indian members of the Embassy, coming together to mark the occasion with festive colors, traditional sweets like gujiya, and an atmosphere filled with laughter and friendship.

Ambassador Ono joined the celebrations, sharing his wish for a prosperous Holi for everyone.

In his social media post Ambassador Ono mentioned "We celebrated Holi at the Embassy of Japan in India! It was a joyous occasion filled with vibrant hues, laughter, and the spirit of friendship. Holi embodies unity and the triumph of good over evil—values that resonate deeply across cultures. Wishing everyone a Happy Holi!" He Added "May this festival bring happiness, prosperity, and colorful moments into your lives".
